If you ordered within India:
If your tracking number starts with '5' or '4', it has been shipped with Bluedart.
You can also track your parcel directly on bluedart site here: www.bluedart.com

If your tracking number starts with 'EI' it has been shipped with EMS- Speedpost.
You can also track EMS-Speedpost parcels directly here:  www.trackspeedpost.com 

If your was an international order:

You can track DHL parcels with your tracking number here: www.dhl.com
You can track EMS parcels here: www.ems.com

Please note: 
  • we only use BlueDart-DHL & EMS-Speedpost for shipping your orders.
  • once the parcel is dispatched, we have little/limited control over the shipments.
  • for shipments in transit, we rely on our communication  channels with logistic partners which is mostly limited to emails.
  • we do not have any connection with the delivery boy who is going to deliver the parcel to your location.
  •  we are more worried than you to make your parcel reach you safely, so relax :)
  •  if you find any wrong update on logistic partner's site while tracking the parcel, do let us know immediately
