Fine quality Chendamangalam Kuriappilly pure handloom cotton dupatta. Chendamangalam is a village of handloom weavers in the western region of Ernakulam district in Kerala. These products are made from the best and fine quality cotton yarn. The specialty of these products lies in the preparation of warp thread by street sizing. The wrap thread becomes almost round and uniforms in shape. Designs in these products appear very prominently on both sides border and cross the border.
Care
Gentle hand wash separately in cold water with mild/liquid detergents. Avoid soaking for too long.

The Kuriappilly handloom weaver’s Co-operative society is based in Paravur, in the state of Kerala. Founded in 1954, it supports 24 women weavers involved in the creation of finely hand-woven textiles. From a shattered state of the society during floods they got back on their feet with even more vigour within a span of one year.
