The minimum order for fabric is 1/2 Meter. We offer a generous cut in which we add half a inch to every cut to ensure our accuracy.

iTokri.com will pay for the shipping fee associated with authorized domestic returns. Authorized returns must be processed within the 7 day guarantee period.

ORDER ADJUSTMENT

We are committed to delivering Superior Customer Service. If you place an order with us and decide later that day
that you want to make a change to your order (you ordered 2 Meters and later realize you need 3 Meters, for example),
contact us and let us know how we can help you. If your order has not already been processed,
we are more than happy to assist with your request. If your order has already been processed, we will not be able to make any adjustments.
Should that occur, we will be happy to assist you with placing an additional order. Please Note:
Most of our fabrics are not reorder-able as they are Special Purchases (we cannot get more from our supplier).
Those products cannot be back ordered. In that case, you can decide whether the quantity we have in stock is adequate to meet your needs.

DO YOU SELL FABRIC SWATCHES?

We do not sell samples of our fabrics because most of the fabrics we stock are not reorder-able and are special purchases,
there is the possibility that a fabric could sell out by the time you receive your swatch.

DO YOU FIND SPECIFIC FABRICS THAT YOU DO NOT STOCK?

We are unable to do that at this time. If you are seeking a specific fabric, we suggest browsing our site.
We are strictly an internet based store, so if we have what you are looking for, you will see it online.

IS FABRIC SHIPPED IN PIECES?

We do our very best to provide your fabric in one continuous piece. In the fabric industry,
however, this task is not always possible. It may happen sometime that any of the fabric in your order is is available in cut.
for eg, if you have ordered 3 meters, we may have 2 and 1 meter cut to fulfill your order.
This situation is many times unavoidable as handmade fabrics come is cuts of 6,10 and 20 meters.
In every such order our customer care team will notify you prior to dispatch to take your consent.

DO YOU HAVE A CATALOG?

Since our inventory changes daily, we do not offer a printed catalog at this time.
All of our fabrics can be found on our web site with a picture, price, description.
Everything you need to know is right at your fingertips.

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

iTokri.com is an Internet store with a large warehouse distribution facility.
We do not have a traditional brick and mortar store. Since our customers are unable to physically visit us,  we make every attempt to make shopping at our web store as close to the "real thing" as possible...aur thoda personal bhi :)

When you are viewing individual products, you will see the In-Stock yardage displayed.
This tells you approximately how many yards we have in stock at that instant,
although it is possible that another shopper could order that item before you complete the check-out process,
thereby reducing our actual inventory, so your shopping cart is updated at the time of checkout.
