    FAQ

First, do not reheat tea that has been left at room temperature for 4 to 8 hours. You can drink it if you forgot to drink tea for up to 10-15 minutes.

Moderate drinking is beneficial for most people, but consuming too much alcohol can cause negative side effects such as anxiety, headaches, digestive problems, and disturbed sleep patterns.

Tea leaves are acidic and affect the digestive process. If you consume protein with a meal, the acid in the tea hardens into its protein content, making digestion difficult. Drinking tea right after a meal also interferes with the body's absorption of iron. Avoid tea for 1 hour before or after meals.

Tea is relatively perishable and rarely spoils as long as it is stored properly. Old tea can be less flavorful and less fresh than new tea and results in a weaker cup of tea with a rancid taste. In this sense, tea doesn't really have a "shelf life" after which it becomes undrinkable.
