Verified Partner Explore All Aagor Bodoweaves from Assam ProductsAagor was founded on October 13, 2000, by Sunil Kaul (who was a doctor in the army and then came to work in the first villages in Rajasthan and since 1996 in Assam) and Jennifer Liang (an employee of Aagor). the trained social worker at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, who also came to the northeast in 1996). Both were aided in ant training by Late Sh. Ravindranath Upadhyay, a prominent Gandhian of the Sarvodaya movement, worked in remote villages in Assam for over 40 years. Together they founded AAGOR with the main goal of working for the development of the northeast region through volunteering.
