- I can't sign in to my account

We have made some major server changes in september 2014 after which some of the user accounts are facing login issues. Try resetting the password, if it does not work, make new fresh account. If you were able to login after September 2014 and are not able to login now check the steps below:

How do I redeem an iTokri Gift Card?

An iTokri account is required to redeem your Gift Card. If you don’t already have an account, register here.

If you received a gift card via email, the email includes a gift card code which can be applied on the checkout page.

This balance will automatically be applied to any future purchases on iTokri . Keep the code safe for future purchase, if balance is remaining.

How do I make a purchase with my gift card balance? Can I place an order using my gift card balance and other modes of payments?

If your gift card balance doesn't cover your entire order, you'll need to pay the remaining balance with your credit card and other modes of payments.

Why isn’t my redeem code being accepted?

If your redeem code isn’t being accepted, make sure that your code has 16 characters in this format: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

If it doesn't, you’ll need to contact the purchaser of your card to obtain the correct redeem code. For security reasons, we’re unable to look up redeem codes. Gift card code is attached to the email id used to make a gift card order.

If you’re having trouble redeeming or using your gift card, please contact Support and include your redeem code. We’ll be happy to look into it for you!

My gift card balance wasn’t applied during checkout.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to apply a gift card balance to a completed order. If you’d like to use your gift card toward an item you’ve already purchased, you would need to cancel your initial order and get the item relisted. Then, you could resubmit your order using your gift card balance.

I lost my gift card. What should I do?

You’ll need to get in touch with the purchaser of your gift card.
