Does iTokri.com deliver internationally?
Yes. We deliver internationally to more than 150 Countries worldwide with DHL - Express and EMS ( India Speedpost) as our logistic partners. You may select your preferred shipping mode on the checkout page. While placing your order, the shipping rate calculator will automatically show the price indicating that this facility is available in your country.
Do you price your products differently for international customers?
NO! Absolutely no! we have a single price for all species on the planet earth... whether you buy from India or US or UK or anywhere else on the globe we charge same. There is no price change based upon your location.
Why do you not offer free shipping options for International customers?
We just want to be fair! Most of the online stores which ship internationally from India include the shipping fee in the product price and keep product prices very high to cover shipping costs... so customer may see a 'free shipping' badge but actually pays a much higher shipping charge which is irrationally calculated. At iTokri we charge shipping on actual weight of the products which we think is a fair and ethical way.
How do you calculate shipping charges?
Shipping charges are automatically calculated on total weight of products in your cart.
Once you reach checkout page you can see the shipping charges applied to you order before confirming the order.
Can i get lower shipping rates?
More weight in your order will ensure lower shipping rates. All shipping companies charge less on increasing weight. It's a simple formula... more the weight...less the shipping rate.

Do i need to create a account/sign-up for making an order?
Yes. It's mandatory to create an account, to keep internet spam and bots out of the way. It makes your purchase safe and secure.
How long does it take to ship a product internationally?
All the products you see on the website are available in stock. We list products which are immediately available for shipping. Once the payment is confirmed, we dispatch products within 24 hours and share tracking details with you.
How do I place an order for destination other than India?
STEP 1: Add items to your cart.
STEP 2: Proceed to next step and fill your shipping and billing address.
STEP 4: Shipping calculator will automatically calculate shipping charges to your
destination and it will be added to your order value automatically.
STEP 3: Check "Paypal (only for customers purchasing from outside India)" as payment mode.
STEP 4: Confirm your order and a tentative order will be placed.
STEP 5: We will now send you a Paypal Invoice which can be paid by any international credit/debit card.
STEP 6: Upon confirmation of Payments via Paypal, we'll dispatch the goods in your order, by your selected preferred mode of shipping within next 24 hours and update tracking information.
STEP 7: You receive the goods and leave us a lovely review :)
Are there some items which are restricted for international shipments?
Yes. Items like cosmetics or Silver/gold jewelry is restricted for international shipments. To know more about it drop a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
and we can let you know if there are items in your order which are restricted for your country. But usually most of the items we sell are accepted for international shipments. You can go ahead and make your order; we'll let you know if there are any items of such nature.
Can you hold my order?
Yes. Once the order is paid for we can hold it till you want us to.
What are available modes of payments?
You can pay for your orders through International Credit Card via Paypal or direct bank transfer. All on-line payments are secured.

Why are shipping charges too high?
Unfortunately, we live in a strange world with so many unnecessary borders and taxes! We can't control international shipping charges. We charge as per actual rates, and have negotiated for the best possible rates.
What if there are any local taxes/custom charges for my order when it reaches me?
We cannot make sure how custom authorities in your country would act upon seeing awesome stuff from itokri! If there are any extra charges at local customs you need to take care of them when goods are delivered to you. We’ll surely assist you all the way.
How will you deal with custom delays?
We keep personal track of all the international shipments. We push hard to avoid delays. If there are some unavoidable situations we expect you to be patient and let us handle the case.

Do you have cheaper options to ship other than EMS or DHL?
No. We ship only with DHL and EMS as we've found them most reliable through our past experiences. They give us the best possible rates for you.
How can I track my order?
After we have shipped your order you'll receive a tracking number which can be tracked on DHL website here: www.dhl.co.in or EMS website here: http://www.indiapost.gov.in/Tracking.aspx
Can I return, cancel or exchange my order?
If we've not shipped your order yet from warehouse you can make as many alterations possible. But once we have shipped your order for a destination other than India, it is not possible to exchange/cancel/return the parcel. So would request you to double check before you give us a go ahead. If you still want to return the parcel, you'll have to bear the return shipping charges. As soon as we receive the parcel in our warehouse, we'll issue a full refund of your order value.
