Does iTokri.com deliver internationally?
Yes. We deliver internationally/worldwide with DHL - Express, FedEx, Aramex and EMS ( India Speedpost) as our logistic partners (other shipping carriers are also available on request). You may select your preferred shipping mode on the checkout page. While placing your order, the shipping rate calculator will automatically show the shipping fee applied to your selection before completing the order on the site and shows you best shipping options available for the products in your cart. 

How is shipping rate calculated for my international order?
We offer simple and transparent weight based shipping. We charge only what the courier companies like DHL, FEDEX and Aramex charge us. We do not add any markup on the shipping charges. Its possible that you may feel shipping charges on itokri are slightly high as compared to other ecommerce websites that ship globally. While we don't know their shipping costs, what we can honestly say is the reason behind this is that we do not include shipping charges in our product prices. 
Cheap or Free International shipping may seem very attractive but the bitter truth is that nothing good comes for free, especially not International Priority Shipping. We strive to be transparent in every way we conduct business, be it the way we source products available on itokri or the shipping charges we pay to the courier companies.

Do you price your products differently for international customers?
NO! Absolutely no! we have a single price for all species on the planet earth... whether you buy from India or US or UK or anywhere else on the globe we charge same. There is no price change based upon your location. 

Why do you not offer free shipping options for International customers?
We just want to be fair! Most of the online stores which ship internationally from India include the shipping fee in the product price and keep product prices very high to cover shipping costs... so customer may see a 'free shipping' badge but actually pays a much higher shipping charge which is irrationally calculated. At iTokri we charge shipping on actual value of the order which we think is a fair and ethical way.

Can i pay with my international card and get the order shipped to India address?
Absolutely yes. we can easily do that. simply fill your shipping and billing details accordingly on checkout page and pay though your international card. Our team shall do the needful. If there is any specific query simply email us at helloji@itokri.com

Do i need to create a account/sign-up for making an order?
No. It is not mandatory to create an account, but we recommend creating an account with us. It helps us keep internet spam and bots out of the way. It makes your purchase safe and secure too.
 
How long does it take to ship a product internationally?
We only sell the stuff which is available with us in warehouse. We maintain 100% inventory. What you see on the site catalog is stocked with us. Once the payment is confirmed, we dispatch products within 24 hours and share tracking details with you.

Are there some items which are restricted for international shipments?
Yes. Items like cosmetics or consumables are restricted for international shipments. To know more about it drop a mail at helloji@itokri.com and we can let you know if there are items in your order which are restricted for your country. But usually most of the items we sell are accepted for international shipments. You can go ahead and make your order; we'll let you know if there are any items of such nature.

Can you hold my order?
     Yes. Once the order is paid for we can hold it till you want us to.

What are available modes of payments?
 You can pay for your orders through International Credit Card via our Payment Gateway Razorpay or Paypal or direct bank/wire transfer to our bank account. All on-line payments are secured.

My payment has failed! What shall I do now?
Keep calm and mail us at helloji@itokri.com with your order ID and let us look into the matter. It happens sometimes due to various reasons. Just relax! We will find a way to make you pay!

Why are shipping charges too high?
Unfortunately, we live in a strange world with so many unnecessary borders and taxes! We can't control international shipping charges. We charge as per actual rates, and have negotiated for the best possible rates.

What if there are any local taxes/custom charges for my order when it reaches me?  
We cannot make sure how custom authorities in your country would act upon seeing awesome stuff from itokri! If there are any extra charges at local customs you need to take care of them when goods are delivered to you. We’ll surely assist you all the way. If in any case you are unable to receive the shipment due to duty issues, we shall not be liable for it. for more information regarding this please write to us at helloji@itokri.com

How will you deal with custom delays? 
We keep personal track of all the international shipments. We push hard to avoid delays. If there are some unavoidable situations we expect you to be patient and let us handle the case.
 
Can I gift wrap the order?
Sure, just drop us a mail at helloji@itokri.com and we will do a complementary gift wrap for you. :)

Can I include a personal message with my gift order?
Just drop us a mail at helloji@itokri.com and we will write it on your behalf on a sheet of handmade paper with love :)

Do you have cheaper options to ship other than EMS or DHL?
We ship only with DHL, FedEx, Aramex & EMS as we've found them most reliable through our past experiences. They give us the best possible rates for you. But if you have any other shipper in mind let us know, we can find rates for you from them.

How can I track my order?
After we have shipped your order you'll receive a tracking number

Can I return, cancel or exchange my order?
If we've not shipped your order yet from warehouse you can make as many alterations possible. But once we have shipped your order for a destination other than India, it is not possible to exchange/cancel/return the parcel. So would request you to double check before you give us a go ahead. If you still want to return the parcel, you'll have to bear the return shipping charges. As soon as we receive the parcel in our warehouse, we'll issue a full refund of your order value.

Is my credit card info secure while ordering?
Absolutely! We won’t share your personal information with anyone. Because we understand therefore we respect your privacy. We take extreme care with your details. At no time does even iTokri have access to your credit card, debit card or any bank details, thus making your payment ultra secure.The security of your personal information is important to us at iTokri. Hence, we've partnered with a leading Payment gateway for our online payment services. When you enter sensitive information such as a credit card number on our registration or order forms, they encrypt that information using our secure socket layer technology (SSL).While making an online order the payment gateway stores your card number in encrypted form for a limited amount of time, and our employees at iTokri do not have access to this information.
