Sumar Daud Khatri Nirona, Kutch

Sumar is a highly skilled Rogan craftsperson from Nirona in Kutch District. From a young age, Sumar assisted his father in Art and developed a knack for it at the age of 12 practising flowers, buttas and freehand design on cloth using the Rogan Paste. Over the years, he mastered Art into a craft and participated in various exhibitions all across the nation. His talents have made him a recipient of the State Award in 2000, eventually also received the National award in 200
